CRYSTAL SPRINGS GOLF COURSE NAMES NEW GM

Burlingame, CA – CourseCo, Inc has named Steve Bratcher as new General Manager of Crystal Springs Golf Course in Burlingame.

Bratcher, a Class A PGA Professional, comes to Crystal Springs from Texas, where he has served as Director of Golf and General Manager at Terra Verde Golf Club, formerly Houston Oaks Golf and Country Club.

"Steve brings a nice mix of youthful energy and excellent operational experience," said Tom Isaak, President of CourseCo, the largest golf management company in Northern California.

Bratcher has enthusiastic plans for Crystal Springs. He looks forward to developing a top professional staff while offering outstanding service to members and customers.

"I'm a hands-on kind of GM," says Bratcher, who enjoys helping customers in the golf shop as well as his administrative duties.

Bratcher oversees all aspects of Crystal Springs Golf Course, including supervising 45 employees, oversight of pro shop operations, food and beverage management, financial planning, marketing and public relations.
"We're excited about Steve's expertise," said Michael Sharp, Senior Operations Manager with CourseCo. "His background in customer service and membership will be tremendous assets at Crystal Springs."

Bratcher is a 15-year veteran of the golf industry. He attended McNeese State University in Louisiana on a four-year golf scholarship, serving as Assistant Golf Coach in his senior year in college. He completed his BS degree in Business Administration in 1991 and achieved his PGA Class A certification in 1994.
