COVID-19 Employee Resources

To our employees

   As many of you are aware there was legislation passed last week that is targeted towards assisting employees that have been impacted by the COVID19 virus.  This stimulus package will hopefully provide significant relief to many of our employees that have been impacted by either partial or full closures of our golf course facilities.  While portions of this stimulus money will be coming to you directly there are other parts that we may be able to provide assistance for our employees. 

  First, the amount that an employee may collect for unemployment was increased through this legislation.  If your hours have been reduced or completely eliminated recently we encourage you to apply for unemployment right away.  At the bottom of this page are links to all State websites to begin that process.

  Second, there are a variety of loans and tax credits that may be available to employers.  These portions are complex and have a multitude of variables and qualifications associated with them.  We are currently engaged with our team of accountants, lawyers and consultants in exploring every possible way we might be able to assist our employees.  This is not an easy process but please know we are dedicating every resource possible to navigating this for our employees and business.

  We know these are challenging times and having so many places of work closed or that have been significantly reduced in their operations.  While we wish we could do more please know we are working hard on your behalf both for the short-term as well as to ensure you have a job to return to as soon as we are allowed.  We will continue to update this webpage with new information.  And as always, if you have further questions please do not hesitate to reach out to the property general manager or our HR department.

CourseCo Employees –

Things have been changing very quickly during these unprecedented times with the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation in the U.S.  We’ve been closely monitoring and making changes along the way, as we take our responsibility extremely seriously to help care for and protect our employees, our guests, their families and the communities we serve. Because of this, we have taken a difficult but important next step to reduce operating hours, service and in some cases the temporary closure of some of our golf course facilities in response to government mandates.

We understand the impact this will have on our employees, who are at the heart of our company and we want you to know how much we appreciate each of our employees and that we will bring you back to work as soon as we are able to and back to full operations. 

We want to make sure that our employees and our guests know there is nothing more important than our collective health and safety. We look forward to the time when we can re-open the courses, bring our employees back together, bring the community back in and once again be able to provide a great place to work and play.

As a resource to those of you who may see a reduction of hours or work availability during this critical time, we’ve listed the unemployment benefit sites for each state in which we operate below as well as the phone number for the Employee Assistance Program (LifeCare) through our payroll partner ADP. 

LifeCare is a Work-Life Employee Assistance Program (Work-Life EAP) benefit. It is available to you and your family. LifeCare can provide matches to resources for parenting, senior care, legal and financial services, home services, wellness and EAP counseling sessions.
