Janice Norton

Controller

Janice has been with CourseCo since July 2003, and has held many roles within CourseCo, Inc. as the company has grown. An alumnus of Sonoma State University, she enjoys being out in nature, trying to keep up with her children, and volunteering for local community events.

Greg Clark

Junior Accountant

Greg joined CourseCo in April of 2018 as a "temp", before being made a full-time employee in July 2018. As a Junior Accountant, Greg helps the Senior Accountants with invoice entry and account reconciliations. In his spare time, Greg likes to play golf, travel, and visit with family and friends.

Roger Slocum

Senior Accountant

Roger joined CourseCo in the summer of 2019. As a Senior Accountant, Roger supports the golf course financial process with ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, cash management, and annual golf course audits. In his spare time, Roger likes to spend time with his family and friends.

Kathi Cortes

Payroll Administrator

Kathi joined our CourseCo family in July of 2021 as our Payroll Coordinator. She oversees payrolls for all our golf courses. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to tropical destinations and everything outdoors – camping, kayaking, hiking, fishing, or just watching a sunset someplace.

Teri Coates

Senior Accountant

Teri started in August 2023 in her role as one of the Senior Accountants on staff here at CourseCo. She enjoys gardening, flat water kayaking and camping with her husband of 38 years and her dog Willow, as well as spending time with her family and friends celebrating life whenever possible.

Ray Bruhn

Senior Accountant

Ray joined the CourseCo accounting team in September of 2023. When not at his home-away-from-home, Ray enjoys long walks on the beach with his fiancée Rebecca, camping, golfing, hiking, kayaking, swimming, time at the gym…or just relaxing with a book and his two (feline) girls, Sugar & Spice.

Bonnie Lin

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Bonnie joined the CourseCo marketing department in January 2024. She creates campaigns and social media projects with the team. In her free time she’s a food content creator that loves to travel for sweet treats and tasty bites.

Sydney Manning

Digital Marketing Supervisor

Sydney joined the CourseCo team in January 2024. As the Digital Marketing Supervisor, she enjoys providing creative direction for a variety of marketing projects. In her free time, Sydney loves cooking, reading, interior design, and tries her best to stay fit with activities such as hiking and mountain biking.

Tracie Holmes

Staff Accountant

Tracie Holmes became part of the CourseCo team in 2024. She studied accounting and bookkeeping at SRJC and enjoys staying active outdoors. When not working , she loves stand-up paddle boarding and taking leisurely bike rides around town.

Heather Wallace

Office Administrator

Heather started with CourseCo in May 2025 as the Office Administrator. Outside the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her cats and dance community, and can be found on nature walks, putzing around in her garden, crafting, or reading.

Carmen Covarrubias

Staff Accountant

Carmen joined the team in May 2025 as a Staff Accountant. Carmen is adept at leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance accuracy. Outside of work, Carmen is passionate about dance, particularly Salsa, Bachata, Cumbia, and Cha-Cha. These vibrant dance forms allow her to express creativity and stay active. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures.

Daniela Guido

Accounts Payable

Daniela is a Sonoma County native and SSU graduate with a background in marketing, sales, and graphic design. After gaining experience in administrative and finance roles, she earned her Accountant Assistant Certificate from SRJC and is now working toward the CPA exam. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, learning new skills like mastering jump roping, and watching films.

Maya Olesen

Fairview Weddings and Events Sales Administrator

Maya joined the CourseCo team in August 2025 as a Fairview Sales Administrator. She brings a keen eye for detail and a passion for organization, ensuring our Wedding and Event sales processes run seamlessly and efficiently. Outside of work, Maya enjoys running, baking, and spending quality time with her family.

Jake Hedington

Regional Tournament Director

Jake began his CourseCo journey at Boundary Oak Golf Course in Walnut Creek, where he developed a passion for tournaments and quickly took on leadership of event contracting. Most recently, Jake served as Assistant General Manager at Chardonnay Golf Club in Napa Valley, working alongside Tucker Williams and the team to oversee a busy tournament calendar of over 9,000 rounds in 2025, including events featuring Matt Cain, Sergio Romo, and Sahith Theegala. Outside of work, Jake enjoys golf, traveling, and spending time with his partner and their golden retriever, Cash. He’s a proud fan of the Sacramento Kings, 49ers, and New York Yankees.

Sylvia Zamudio

Staff Accountant

Sylvia is a Sonoma County local who began her accounting journey in October 2022 at the Santa Rosa City Schools District. Over the years she found a great passion & interest in the accounting side of things and was very excited to jump into a career with CourseCo to explore opportunities in an exciting new industry with room for growth potential. In her free time she enjoys arts & crafts, crocheting, painting, reading, cooking & baking as well as hanging out with her 5 year old English bulldog Turbo!
