Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Cathy joined CourseCo as its first full-time employee on July 1st, 1996. As the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Founder and senior staff, her job is to manage and maintain many aspects of business for the CourseCo family. In her down time, Cathy enjoys playing bingo and visiting her favorite casinos with her friends and family.

Controller

Janice has been with CourseCo since July 2003, and has held many roles within CourseCo, Inc. as the company has grown. An alumnus of Sonoma State University, she enjoys being out in nature, trying to keep up with her children, and volunteering for local community events.

Regional Director Of Sales

David joined CourseCo in March of 2019 as the Regional Tournament Sales Director. At the peak of COVID-19, he was elected as part of the Health & Safety Advisory Committee, where he oversaw Health & Safety standards and distribution of personal protective equipment for 40 golf courses. He is an avid Bay Area sports fan, with his favorite team being the Golden State Warriors, and enjoys cooking, hanging out with friends, and playing golf.

Junior Accountant

Greg joined CourseCo in April of 2018 as a "temp", before being made a full-time employee in July 2018. As a Junior Accountant, Greg helps the Senior Accountants with invoice entry and account reconciliations. In his spare time, Greg likes to play golf, travel, and visit with family and friends.

Senior Accountant

Roger joined CourseCo in the summer of 2019. As a Senior Accountant, Roger supports the golf course financial process with ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, cash management, and annual golf course audits. In his spare time, Roger likes to spend time with his family and friends.

Payroll Administrator

Kathi joined our CourseCo family in July of 2021 as our Payroll Coordinator. She oversees payrolls for all our golf courses. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to tropical destinations and everything outdoors – camping, kayaking, hiking, fishing, or just watching a sunset someplace.

Junior Accountant

Kim joined the CourseCo team in September of 2022, working in Accounts Payable. As of March 2023, she has moved into the Junior Accountant position. In Kim’s spare time, she enjoys barrel racing competitively, cooking / baking, outdoor activities, working out, gardening, tennis, and many other activities, as she is a busy body.

Senior Accountant

Carly is a Sonoma County native and is thrilled to join our team in 2023. Throughout her career, Carly has executed financial leadership roles with a broad breadth and depth of finance, operations, and management in significant industries, including hospitality, venture Capital, and entrepreneurial portfolios. Carly enjoys all outdoor activities and sports with her husband and their dog, Comet, including golf, tennis, skiing, snorkeling, diving, and yoga.

Junior Accountant

Christina is a Sonoma County native and joined the CourseCo team in 2023. Christina supports the accounting department as well as the Senior Accountants with invoice entry and account reconciliations. Christina enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and dog Odin, gardening, working out, reading, hanging out with her friends, and her love of travel.

Senior Accountant

Teri started in August 2023 in her role as one of the Senior Accountants on staff here at CourseCo. She enjoys gardening, flat water kayaking and camping with her husband of 38 years and her dog Willow, as well as spending time with her family and friends celebrating life whenever possible.

Ray joined the CourseCo accounting team in September of 2023. When not at his home-away-from-home, Ray enjoys long walks on the beach with his fiancée Rebecca, camping, golfing, hiking, kayaking, swimming, time at the gym…or just relaxing with a book and his two (feline) girls, Sugar & Spice.

Digital Marketing Supervisor

Sydney joined the CourseCo team in January 2024. As the Digital Marketing Supervisor, she enjoys providing creative direction for a variety of marketing projects. In her free time, Sydney loves cooking, reading, interior design, and tries her best to stay fit with activities such as hiking and mountain biking.
