With expertise in all areas of golf course management we offer a variety of consulting services to golf course owners and operators.  These consulting services are structured to include focused evaluations on a specific aspect of the business or an overall in-depth evaluation of the overall business enterprise.  These services are custom tailored to the specific needs of our clients and engagements can be as short as a high-level review that can be produced inside of 30 days all the way to long-term multiyear training and support.  We firmly believe that no two golf courses are alike and therefore we do not subscribe to a cookie cutter approach but instead custom design our services to best suit our clients.  Below are some examples of services that we offer  –

  • Operational Assessment – a comprehensive evaluation of the operation including pricing, market assessment, operational efficiency, agronomic practices and sales & marketing plan
  • Agronomic Planning – provide an annual agronomic plan with periodic site visits to check in on progress
  • Emergency Full Operations Oversite – during ownership or managerial transitions provide full operations oversite to stabilize the golf course
  • Hospitality and Customer Service Training – everything from ½ day employee training to multiple day training retreats
  • Marketing Plan Development – work with onsite team in development of the marketing plan
  • Capital Planning – work with onsite team in development of long-term capital project and equipment planning
