Eligible for Scholarships:

• PGA Summer Junior Camp at San Jose Muni – July (exact dates TBD)

• Introduction to Golf Clinic at Los Lagos - Spring (series of 4 one-hour sessions) Saturday Afternoons in May or June
  • Application due date: April 30, 2024
• Introduction to Golf Clinic at Los Lagos - Fall (series of 4 one-hour sessions) (September) 
  • Application due date: August 31, 2024
• Introduction to Golf Clinic at Rancho del Pueblo – Spring (series of 4 one-hour sessions) Saturday Afternoons in May or June
  • Application due date: April 30, 2024
• Junior Summer Golf Course Access - Valid at all three courses
  (free golf course unlimited access afternoon) June 1 – August 31
  • Application due date: May 15, 2024
• Adult Summer Golf Course Access - Valid at all three courses
  (free golf course unlimited access after noon) June 1 – August 31
  • Applicatoin due date: May 15, 2024
• Adult Golf Range Cards - $200 value each (valid at course of recipient’s choice)
• Introduction to Golf Clinic at Rancho Del Pueblo – Fall (series of 4 one-hour sessions) (September)
  • Application due date: August 31, 2024

• Resident of San Jose
• Participant/Parent/Legal Guardian must be currently enrolled and show proper documentation for one of the following programs:
  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
  • Subsidized Housing HUD Section 8 rent subsidy
  • Food Stamps (California Advantage or Cal-Fresh)
  • Medi-Cal
  • California’s Life Line Program (reduced rates for phone)
  • Women, Infants, & Children (WIC)
  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  • Foster Youth
  • If both parents/guardians or participants are unemployed and receiving CA State Unemployment Insurance benefits
  • Parent/guardian or participant enlisted as an “active” member in the U.S. Military
  • Veterans and/or dependents of veterans
