Sean Silva
Senior Operations Manager
Since joining CourseCo in 2013 Sean has operated at a variety of organizational levels, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager supporting 13 courses located throughout Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining the CourseCo family, Sean was a Regional Manager for other industry management companies providing territory support and guidance at numerous properties throughout Northern California and the Pacific Northwest since 2002.
Upon graduation from Sacramento State University in 1996 with a BS in Pre-Physical Therapy, Sean accepted the opportunity as Assistant Athletic Trainer for the San Jose Sharks Hockey Club. Following two seasons with the San Jose Sharks, Sean decided to continue his pursuit of higher education, graduating from The University of San Francisco in 2000 with his Master’s Degree in Sports Management.
Sean currently resides in El Dorado Hills California with his wife of 23 years, Molly. In his free time, Sean enjoys sharing quality time with his wife and two daughters, Morgan and Paige, often traveling throughout the west coast to support both in their varying academic and athletic endeavors. In the off-chance Sean and Molly aren’t chasing the next soccer or water polo match, you’ll likely find Sean enjoying a round of golf, fishing or camping with friends and family.
